  • What is BREWFEST?

    Brewfest, Craft Beer & Music Festival will bring together over 100 craft beers from around the country, street food vendors serving a variety of delicious food and a full bar, offering gin, wine, cocktails and more. We will have a comedy night on Thursday evening, and a family funday on the Sunday as well as an epic 2 days of great beer and music on the Friday and Saturday.

  • Will there be food at the event ?

    Yes, there will be plenty of food options available - we will update the food vendor page as food vendors are booked in.

  • Do you have Alcohol/Gluten Free options?

    We will have non alcoholic beer and Spirits available to purchase plus a range of soft drinks and dedicated gluten free beer.

  • Are children allowed?

    Please see our order of play for details of Brewfest details including information on children.

  • Where can i buy tickets

    Tickets can be purchased via our eventbrite page and on the door. (please note, on the door will be more expensive)

  • Where can i buy tokens?

    Tokens can be purchase in advance when you purchase tickets and will be available to purchase throughout the event from the token tent.

  • Are tokens reundable?

    please note: Tokens are non refundable

  • Are tickets refundable?

    Please note: tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled for any reason, tickets will be transferred to a future event.

  • Is there accessible access?

    There is dedicated parking spaces for accessible parking that are limited, please contact us in advance if you wish to reserve one of these spaces.

    The event is accessible, with accessible access throughout including toilets.

  • What if bad weather is forecast?

    Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered (literally). We have an adequate amount of cover should the heavens open.

  • Do you take cash?

    Cash can be used on entry and if 3rd party food vendors accept it. Please note, the clubhouse is card only and the outside beer and cider bar will operate a token system. - tokens can be purchased in advance online with the ticket and also throughout the event via the token tent.

  • Can i bring a pram?

    Yes, prams are allowed at the event.

T&C’s

  • Admission

    Admission to the event is by ticket only. Tickets can be purchased via eventbrite and on the door.
    We reserve the right to refuse entry, even if tickets have been pre purchased.

  • Tokens

    We are operating a token system for our beer and cider bar. Tokens are sold in increments of £2 and are non refundable. Tokens can be purchased online with the purchase of your ticket and they can be purchased during the event from the ‘token tent’.

  • Weather

    In the event of ‘bad weather’, the event will still go ahead as there is plenty of cover.

  • Refunds

    Tickets and tokens are non-refundable.

  • Are children allowed?

    Children are welcome on specific days, please see our ‘order of day’ page for more information. Please note: all children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

  • Media coverage

    We will have a media team on hand taking photo’s and video’s of the event. We reserve the right to use all media on our online channels. Any requests to have the removed, please get in touch via our contact page and we will do our best to have them removed.

  • Personal belongings

    We (the event organisers) are not liable for any loss or damage to any personal belongings during the event.

  • Drugs

    We operate a strict NO drugs policy. Anyone caught taking or dealing drugs will be reported to the police immediately.

  • Event cancellation

    If for any reason, we have to cancel the event, tickets will not be refunded, but will be transferred to a different date for future use.

  • Searching

    We reserve the right to search people and belongings upon entry.

  • Challenge 25

    If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we might ask for proof of age. Please make sure you have ID with you.

  • Safety

    Please note: we do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury during the event. Members of staff will always be on hand should anything occur and we will have a paramedic tent on site to ensure the safety of all guests.
